STATEN ISLAND, NY – Jasper Cooper, Jr., 77, of Staten Island, NY, formerly of Vance County, NC, died Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at Richmond University Medical Center, Staten Island, NY. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at The General Assembly of the AFCOGG, Inc, Garysburg. Burial will follow at Gorham Family Cemetery, Garysburg. T.L. Faison’s Funeral Care, Seaboard, is handling the arrangements.
