SUNBURY – Norman Harrell, 89, of Sunbury died Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at St. John AME Zion Church, Sunbury. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
