C.G. Perry

SEABOARD, NC – Cleveland Green “C.G” Perry, 83 of Seaboard, North Carolina passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at his home.

He was born in Bunn, North Carolina to the late Cleveland and Myrtle Bowden Perry and was preceded in death by his daughter, Amy Perry, his brother, Jerry Perry, and his sister, Shirley Perry Keith.

“C.G.” loved to cook for the fire departments, churches, and schools and loved his community. He was a lifetime member of the Seaboard Lion’s Club and was the proud owner for forty-six years of Gay Implement Company of Seaboard.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 61 years, Patsy W. Perry of the home; his children, Malcomn Perry and Cleveland Mace Perry; his six grandchildren; his two great-grandchildren and his extended family.

The family will have a private graveside service.

Friends may come visit and sign the register at the funeral home on Thursday, March 13, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. at Askew Funeral Service, Jackson Chapel, 313 E. Jefferson Street, Jackson, NC, 27845.
