PLEASANT HILL – Joseph Melvin Tilmon, 88, of Pleasant Hill died Friday, February 21, 2025 at ECU Health North Hospital, Roanoke Rapids. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Seaboard. T.L. Faison’s Funeral Care, Seaboard, is handling the arrangements.
