JACKSON – Northampton County Sheriff’s Deputy Tony Glenn Ebron passed away suddenly on Friday of last week.

Sheriff Jack Smith said Ebron, age 51, had been with the law enforcement agency since Sept. 18, 2020.

“He did a great job with our Patrol Division and also as a School Resource Office,” stated Sheriff Smith.

“He was a great asset to our agency and made a positive difference in the community. He will be truly missed,” Smith added.

The Sheriff said he and his staff are “with heavy hearts.”

“Please keep his family and the Northampton County Sheriff’s Office in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time,” Smith said.
