Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, February 10, 2023 at Parker Grove Baptist Church, Murfreesboro. Burial will follow at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk, VA. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
