WINDSOR – Charlie Lewis Bond, 70, of Windsor died Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at ECU Health Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, January 15, 2023 at Spellers Chapel Church of Christ, Windsor. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
