AHOSKIE – Julia Paulette Wilkins Bell, 78, of Ahoskie died Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at ECU Health Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 4, 2022 at the Chapel of Wilder’s Funeral Home, Rich Square, which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow at Wilder-Cherry Family Cemetery, Aulander.
