Southern Bank names Wiley as City Executive in Murfreesboro

MURFREESBORO – Southern Bank announces that Sandy T. Wiley has been named Vice President / City Executive in the Murfreesboro office.

Wiley has 25 years of banking experience as a Financial Center Manager, Relationship Banker, and Community Banker. She has been employed with Southern Bank in Ahoskie for the past 13 years.

Wiley is a graduate of Ahoskie High School. She studied at San Antonio College in San Antonio, Texas and Roanoke Chowan Community College in Ahoskie, where she earned her Associate in Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice.

As an active member of her community, Wiley is currently on the Ahoskie Chamber of Commerce Board and the Ahoskie Rural Volunteer Fire Department Board. Previously, she served as the Treasurer of the Ahoskie Rotary Club and a Board Member of the Geo Group / Community Relations.

Wiley currently resides in Ahoskie. She has three children, Brian Piland, Amanda Piland, and Danielle Williams.
