CONWAY – Ralph Donald “Don” Worrock, Jr., age 68, of Saffold Street, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2022 at the ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville, NC.

Don was born on January 22, 1954 to Ralph Donald Worrock, Sr. and Peggy Anne Whitby Worrock in Roanoke Rapids, NC. Don worked in the IT department at Halifax Community College for many years. He loved his family greatly and enjoyed spending time with them. Don was a computer gamer and loved watching Sci Fi movies on television. He also enjoyed listening to music and going on cruises. He loved a good cup of coffee anytime of the day. Don spent many years stationed in what he referred to as his favorite place to be and that was the beautiful state of Hawaii. He was very loved and will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Along with his parents, Don was preceded in death by a sister, Temperance Anne Ogburn.

Left to cherish Don’s memory is a son, Donald Patrick Worrock of Holley, NY; a sister, Patricia Powers and husband James of Conway; two brothers, Russell Wayne Worrock and wife Michelle of Conway, and Steven Kent Worrock and wife Daisy of Abingdon, VA; three granddaughters, Reese, Kayleigh, and Samantha Worrock; a special aunt and caregiver, Marie Wood; along with numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

A celebration of life memorial service will be held on Monday, September 26, 2022 at 4 p.m. at the New Vision Ministries Church with Pastor Sandy Outlaw officiating.
