SEVERN – Ethel V. Joyner, 96, of Severn died Monday, August 1, 2022 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at Zoar Baptist Church, Pendleton. Burial will follow at First Baptist Severn Church Cemetery, Severn. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
