VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – Dr. Elsie M. Barnes, 72, of Virginia Beach, VA, formerly of Northampton County, died Sunday, May 1, 2022 at Sentara VA Beach Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at Boone Family Cemetery, Conway. Hunter’s Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
