WINTON – Charles Bernard Jarrett, 80, of Winton died Saturday, April 9, 2022 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at Jordan Grove Baptist Church, Winton. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
