GREENVILLE, NC – Mrs. Suellen K. Boyd, 55, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 15, 2022.

A graveside service was held Friday, March 18 in Pinewood Memorial Park. The family received friends following the service.

Suellen, a native of Hertford County and a graduate of Peace College, enjoyed a successful career in banking as well as being involved with her husband in Boyds Carpet & More. She loved to go to the beach and enjoyed the ocean breeze. A loving wife and mother who enjoyed being around her children and friends, she was a member of the Friends and Fellowship Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Nicole Elizabeth Boyd.

She is survived by her husband of 29 years, Jason Boyd; daughter, Emily Laura Boyd; son, Matthew Jason Boyd and wife, Helen; and brother, Thomas Kiff.

A memorial may be made to Alzheimer’s Research Fund, ECU Medical Foundation, 525 Moye Blvd., Greenville, NC 27858.
