WINDSOR – Harvey Randolph Speller, 91, of Windsor died Thursday, January 27, 2022 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow at Speller Family Cemetery, Windsor.
