AHOSKIE – Rosa Wiggins Ruffin, 82, of Ahoskie died Monday, January 10, 2022. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Springhill Baptist Church, Lewiston. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Reynolds Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
