ROANOKE RAPIDS – Constance McNeal Grant, 69, of Roanoke Rapids died Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Vidant North Hospital, Roanoke Rapids. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at the Chapel of T.L. Faison’s Funeral Care, Seaboard, which is handling the arrangements. Another funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, January 7, 2022 at Stewart Funeral Home, Washington, DC.
