Online auction begins Nov. 29 for surplus vehicles

WINTON – Hertford County local government will conduct an electronic auction to dispose of surplus property.

At its most recent meeting, the Hertford County Board of Commissioners adopted a resolution to dispose of the property via a public auction.

That auction will commence at 8 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 29 and end at 5 p.m. on Feb. 27, 2022. The electronic auction will take place at www.govdeals.com

Each week the county will auction a group of surplus items as follows:

Block #1: 2013 Dodge Charger; 1997 Ford E-350; 2007 Ford 500; 2013 John Deere J324; 2005 Ford F-150; 2006 Crown Victoria; and a trailer.

Block #2: 2006 Ford F-150; 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe; 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe; 2007 Ford Ranger; 2009 Dodge Durango; 2008 Ford Taurus X SEL; and a trailer.

Block 3: 2009 Ford F-150; five Dodge Chargers (model years 2009, 2010 [2], and 2013 [2]); and a Rampant trailer.

Block #4: 1986 Ford F-150; 2004 Ford Crown Victoria; 2007 Ford Ranger; three Dodge Chargers (model years 2014 [2] and 2010); and a trailer.
