WINDSOR – David Lewis Hill, 84, of Windsor died Friday, October 15, 2021 at Vidant Beaufort Hospital, Washington. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, October 22, 2021 at Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor.
