GARYSBURG – Rosa Mae Belle Mackey, 98, of Garysburg died Sunday, October 3, 2021 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, October 9, 2021 at St. Stephens Missionary Baptist Church, Elizabeth City. Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery, Elizabeth City. T.L.
