HERTFORD – Joseph Allen Burch, 79, of Hertford died Thursday, August 12, 2021 at his residence. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, August 16, 2021 at Futrell Family Cemetery, Murfreesboro. Garrett-Sykes Memorial Chapel is handling the arrangements.
