WINDSOR – Curtis Lionel Bond, 73, of Windsor died Monday, June 21, 2021 at McGuire VA Medical Center, Richmond, VA. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, June 28, 2021 at Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow at St. Francis Baptist Church Cemetery, Windsor.
