WINTON – Rose Mae Spencer, 79, of Winton died Saturday, June 19, 2021 at Accordius Health Creekside Care, Ahoskie. An outside funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 25, 2021 at Jordan Grove Baptist Church, Winton. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
