MURFREESBORO, NC – Barry Lee Braatz of Murfreesboro, NC passed away on Sunday, February 21, 2021.

He was the devoted husband of Susan Braatz and the father of Michael Braatz. Barry worked as the Accounting Controller for Commercial Ready Mix Products in Winton, NC.

There will be a memorial service at New Vision Ministries on Saturday March 13, 2021, at 1:00 pm. The church is located in front of Hertford County Middle School at 1845 NC-11, Murfreesboro, NC 27855. For those who wish to stay, a meal will be provided in the fellowship hall after the service.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating in Barry’s memory to Closer Walk Ministries, a Memorial Fund for Barry Braatz. This ministry builds orphanages for children and constructs wells in Togo, Ghana, Congo, and Kenya.
