WINDSOR – Ernestine Lee Rascoe, 81, of Windsor died Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 29, 2020 at Church of God For All People, Windsor. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor is handling the arrangements.
