NEWSOM, VA – John David Barnes, Jr., 74, of Newsom, VA died Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, May 25, 2020 in the J.W. Faison Memorial Chapel of T.L. Faison’s Funeral Care, Seaboard, which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in the Mount Tabor Baptist Church Cemetery, Newsom, VA.
