ROANOKE RAPIDS – Ruth Askew Wiggins, 86, of Roanoke Rapids died Monday, May 11 at Halifax Regional Medical Center, Roanoke Rapids. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 16, 2020 at the Chapel of Wilder’s Funeral Home, Aulander, which is handling the arrangements.
