WINDSOR – Dorothy Mae Swain Bell, 89, of Windsor died Monday, March 23, 2020 at her residence. Funeral services were held on Friday, March 27, 2020 at Wilder’s Chapel of Windsor, which handled the arrangements. Burial followed at St. Paul Baptist Church Cemetery, Windsor.
