KINSTON – Phyllis Cooper, 56, of Kinston, formerly of Hertford County, died Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at Vidant Inpatient Hospice Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Mill Neck Baptist Church, Como. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
