WINDSOR – Kelvin Smallwood, 43, of Windsor died Friday, February 7, 2020 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, February 14, 2020 at Speller Chapel Disciples of Christ Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
