WINDSOR – Elouise Powell Cherry, 89, of Windsor died Sunday, February 9, 2020 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at Emmanuel Full Gospel Church, Windsor. Burial will follow at Mt. Ararat Baptist Church Cemetery, Windsor. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Aulander, is handling the arrangements.
