RALEIGH – Bernice Bass, 84, of Raleigh, formerly of Hertford County, died Thursday, January 30, 2020 at Transitions Hospice Care, Raleigh. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday, February 4, 2020 at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, Como. Burial will be in Mama Memorial Park, Neptune, NJ. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
