WINDSOR – Willie Roger Lee, 86, of Windsor died Thursday, October 31, 2019 at Three Rivers Health and Rehabilitation Center, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at the chapel of Wilder’s Funeral Home, Windsor, which is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor.
