SUNBURY – John B. Briggs, 90, of Sunbury died Tuesday, October 15, 2019 at Elizabeth City Health and Rehabilitation Center, Elizabeth City. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Monday, October 21, 2019 at St. John AME Zion Church, Sunbury. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
