WINDSOR – Milton Eugene Bond, 70, of Windsor died Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 19, 2019 in the chapel of Wilder’s Funeral Home, Windsor, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, Windsor.
