CLINTON, MD – Benjamin Maurice Rascoe, 32, of Clinton, MD, formerly of Bertie County, died August 16, 2019 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at Mt. Ararat Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in the Bell Family Cemetery, Windsor.
