WINDSOR – Shelby Ray Castelloe, 83, of Windsor, died Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at Vidant Roanoke-Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie. Graveside funeral services were held Thursday, August 8, 2019 in the Ross Baptist Cemetery, Windsor. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
