WINDSOR – Rudolph Stanley Robbins, 80, of Jamestown Road, Windsor, died Friday, July 5, 2019 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 12, 2019 at Peterson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, Merry Hill. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Windsor Chapel, is handling the arrangements.
