HARRELLSVILLE – Ida Ruth Manley, 89, of Harrellsville died Friday, June 21, 2019 at The Brian Center, Windsor. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church, Harrellsville. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Hertford County Undertakers, Winton, is handling the arrangements.
