WINDSOR – Pamela Smith Simmons, 46, of Old US 17 North, Windsor, died Saturday, June 8, 2019 at Vidant Medical Center, Greenville. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at Askewville Assembly of God. Burial will follow in the Lawrence Family Cemetery, Windsor. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
