SPRING LAKE – Willie Andrew Heckstall Jr., 70, of Spring Lake, formerly of Windsor, died Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial, with full military honors, will take place at 2 p.m. on Monday, May 6, 2019 at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, Spring Lake. Wilder’s Funeral Home, Windsor Chapel, is handling the arrangements.
