WINDSOR – Phoebe Riddick Watson of Windsor died Sunday, March 17, 2019 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 3 pm. on Saturday March 23, 2019 at Peterson Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial will follow in the family cemetery.
