WINDSOR – Joseph Rascoe, 90, of Windsor died Saturday, March 9, 2019 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Springhill Missionary Baptist Church, Lewiston. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
