WINDSOR – William Irving Hoggard, 76, of Askewville-Mizelle Road, Windsor, died March 2, 2019 at Vidant Bertie Hospital, Windsor. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6, 2019 at Askewville Assembly of God. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, is handling the arrangements.
