WINDSOR – Hazel Allen Smallwood, 92, of Windsor, died Friday, February 22, 2019 at Martin General Hospital, Williamston. Funeral services were held on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at Indian Woods Missionary Baptist Church, Windsor. Burial followed in the church cemetery. Cherry’s Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
