WASHINGTON – John Richard Hamilton, 71, a former resident of Elizabeth City and Winton, died Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Ridgewood Rehabilitation and Living Center, Washington. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at Ridgewood Rehabilitation and Living Center. Paul Funeral Home & Crematory, Washington, is handling the arrangements.
