Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Sunday, February 18, 2018 in the Rich Square Chapel of Wilder’s Funeral Home, who is handling the arrangements. Burial will be at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at the Albert G. Horton Memorial Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk, VA.
