WINDSOR – Alice Davenport Phelps 87, of Sterlingworth Street, Windsor, died Friday, October 20, 2017 at Three Rivers Nursing and Rehab Center, Windsor. Funeral services were held on Monday October 23, 2017 at Creswell Baptist Church, Creswell. Burial followed in the Davenport Family Cemetery. Walker Funeral Home, Windsor, handled the arrangements.
