WILLIAMSTON – Rochell Hoggard/Hargett, 75, of Williamston died Monday, August 14, 2017 in River Trace Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Washington. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at Gateway to Heaven Memorial Chapel, Williamston. Burial will be in the Sykes Cemetery, Tyrell County.
