COLERAIN – Funeral services for Clarence Howard Outlaw of Colerain will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at Zion Hill Baptist Church, Colerain. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Reynolds Funeral Home, Ahoskie, is handling the arrangements.
